Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday). As each jar is handmade in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days.

Please note that orders to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland may take 3–5 working days to arrive.

Shipping Rates: 

Flat Rate Standard UK Shipping: £ 4.00

Expedited UK Shipping: £ 9.75

Please note that shipping rates are subject to change during festive seasons.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a dispatch email with tracking info (where applicable).

Delays & Exceptions:
During peak seasons, holidays, or postal strikes, delivery times may vary slightly. We are not responsible for delays once parcels are in the hands of couriers, but we’ll always support you if something goes wrong.
